About the Role

As Head Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables
  • Assisting with seating and ensuring a smooth dining experience
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand, cashier area, and dining room
  • Monitoring guest needs and communicating effectively with the kitchen and service staff
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of front-of-house operations
