Our teams provide fantastic food experiences for children while ensuring excellent care and services to clients. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to efficiently process financial data, adhere to deadlines, and company policies. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. This role is:
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 47 weeks per year
  • Competitive Salary

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing and processing company expenses
  • Managing and processing inter business accounts
  • Managing and processing company credit cards
  • Effective communication with internal and external customers, providing a high level of customer service and meeting set deadlines
  • Manage Individual & expense email Inboxes in a timely manner
  • Assist in other related duties where needed to support Purchase Ledger Manager - Eg, DD accounts, general account assistance, allocations
  • Timely allocation of BACS payments posted on expense accounts

About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams within the Finance function. Proficiency in handling large datasets in Excel is essential. Essential Skills & Experience:
