We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Your Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive a high level of care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of caring for older people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
