About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Rivermead Care home in Malton. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory requirements
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
