Leadership Role
Lidl is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and employee attendance
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a retail management role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
