Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,590 - £27,671 per annum, commensurate with their experience and qualifications.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Domestic Abuse Training Specialist to join our team. As an IRIS Advocate Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering training and consultancy services to general practice teams, while also providing emotional and practical support to clients referred by trained GP practices.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering in-house domestic abuse training to enhance awareness and early identification among healthcare professionals.
- Providing ongoing consultancy services to ensure sustainable support for clients.
- Advocating for patients referred to the IRIS service, offering tailored practical and emotional support.
- Working closely with health and agency professionals to provide comprehensive support.
