We are seeking an experienced Domestic Abuse Support Specialist to join our team at Black Country Women's Aid. As a Domestic Abuse Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality frontline support to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload of clients who require advocacy and support services
- Risk assess and develop tailored support plans for service users
- Work in partnership with other agencies to ensure effective multi-agency responses to domestic abuse
Requirements:
- Experience of working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse on both one-to-one and group work settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
