Stirling Council is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their Early Years team as a Modern Apprentice. This exciting opportunity allows you to support the delivery of a broad and balanced early year's curriculum within a caring, safe, and welcoming environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work as a member of a team, contributing to the creation of a positive ethos that supports the development of children's self-esteem and personal identity in a climate of trust and praise.

You will learn about the importance of working with parents and carers, and with other agencies, to promote the welfare and development of every child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a broad and balanced early year's curriculum.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive ethos that supports the development of children's self-esteem and personal identity.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Benefits:

  • 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service).
  • Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements.
  • Up to 6 months full sick pay and 6 months half pay dependent on length of service.
  • Up to 4 weeks paid Paternity Leave.
