**Apprentice Early Years Teacher**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Years team as a Modern Apprentice. As an Apprentice Early Years Teacher, you will work collaboratively with experienced educators to deliver a comprehensive early years curriculum within a supportive and inclusive environment.

You will play a vital role in creating a positive ethos that fosters children's self-esteem, personal identity, and social skills. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in early education while making a meaningful contribution to the lives of young children.

In this apprenticeship, you will learn about the importance of working with parents, carers, and other agencies to promote the welfare and development of every child. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of the early years curriculum
  • Support the creation of a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • 3 National 5s (or equivalent) including English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development

Benefits:

  • $42,345 - $44,688 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service)
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid office/work from home options
  • Up to 6 months full sick pay and 6 months half pay dependent on length of service
