The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, carefully assessing their interest and readiness for our transformative programmes. Your primary objective is to schedule high-quality appointments that enable our Enrollment Coaches to focus on nurturing strong relationships with our members. This role also presents opportunities to generate leads and support the expansion of our B2B partnerships, driving growth and new business channels.

Responsibilities

  • You will conduct daily outbound calls to establish quality appointments with interested individuals.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with our coaching programme's requirements.
  • Promptly follow up to maximise attendance at scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
  • Identify and engage new leads through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop and nurture B2B partnerships, expanding our network and creating new business opportunities.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Compensation & Benefits
