Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Resident Support Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a person-centred support package tailored to the needs of individuals accessing our Floating Support service.

About the Role:

  • To provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a Floating Support service.
  • To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that meets the individual needs of each service user.
  • To assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience and maintain independent living.
  • To contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a person-centred support package.
  • Providing support to people with multiple and complex needs.
  • Assisting service users in developing the skills required to build resilience and maintain independent living.

  • £23,985 per annum salary for 37.5 hours per week.
