Product Support Manager EMEA Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a Product Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Identify and report product defects and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
