Product Support Manager EMEA Job Description

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Support Manager EMEA to join our team. As a Product Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to support customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
