Job Opportunity: Senior Systems Support Analyst

MPB is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Support Analyst to join our Brighton team. As a key member of our IT function, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and governing our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide local and remote end-user support for company IT hardware and software, focusing on the UK employee base.
  • Governance, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems, including networks, hardware/software, and meeting room AV equipment.
  • Onboarding/off-boarding of employees, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience for new starters.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or vulnerabilities.
  • Create and maintain IT governance policies and procedures.
  • Drive technology decisions and best practices for company information security policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation.
