Job Title: Digital Archives Coordinator
Location: Central Worcester
Duration: 6 months (fixed term contract)
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional services setting. As a Digital Archives Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with an Archiving project. The role involves physical examination and sorting of files, data inputting and digitalisation, and determining whether files should be re-archived or destroyed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical examination and sorting of files
- Data inputting and digitalisation
- Determination of file disposal
Requirements:
Previous experience in records management or archiving is desirable, but not essential. You must be comfortable with data inputting and have the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
