Occupational Health Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house Occupational Health function at MI5. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health advice and guidance to employees and managers
- Conduct health risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives
- Monitor and report on health and wellbeing trends and statistics
Requirements:
- Registered with NMC Part 1
- Experience in occupational health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
