About the Role:

MI5 is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their in-house Occupational Health function. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of MI5's employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to MI5 employees and management.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential health risks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to employee health and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in occupational health, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for promoting health and well-being in the workplace.
