We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at MET Recruitment UK LTD. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling insurance claims while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve insurance claims in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless claim resolution
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the claim process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft software and other relevant systems
