About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our Paediatric Department as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to provide high-quality care to patients, adhering to the Trust's policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
The Nurse will be responsible for:
- Delivering holistic nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Developing and implementing individual care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Participating in governance processes, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Acting as a team leader, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
