About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to support individuals on their recovery journey. This rewarding role involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 certification in Tackling Substance Misuse, Health and Social Care, or a relevant qualification, as well as experience working in substance misuse and knowledge of therapeutic approaches.

The salary for this permanent position is between £22,390 and £27,062 per annum, inclusive of excellent benefits such as generous holiday entitlement, life assurance, comprehensive pension package, and employee health benefit scheme. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality care for individuals affected by substance misuse.

Job Description
  • Risk/Need Assessments & Care Plans: Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans that support recovery and wellbeing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside peers and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
  • One-on-One Sessions: Provide personal support to service users, helping them navigate their recovery journey.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure the safety of vulnerable adults and children by reporting concerns in accordance with policies.
