Programme Manager

We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead the LEGO Group's membership programme and drive commercial results. This role will oversee rewards liability reporting, forecast programme performance, and manage inventory levels. The successful candidate will have experience in leading reporting and optimization for loyalty benefit & reward programmes.
The salary for this position is estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including enhanced paid leave options, life and disability insurance, and a generous colleague discount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement systems to track key performance metrics and oversee rewards liability reporting.
- Monitor programme performance, identify underperformance areas, and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Lead forecasting and inventory reporting to support the Mechanics Team in planning and delivering benefits and rewards.
