We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Outreach Tutor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to provide inclusive and effective education solutions.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role requiring someone with a strong understanding of Literacy and Maths, alongside experience working with children, including those with SEND. A current Enhanced DBS is essential.

  1. Delivering high-quality tuition to students in various subjects.
  2. Establishing positive relationships with students, families, and other stakeholders.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective learning plans.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Job Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children of diverse ages and abilities.
  • The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of our learners.
