We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Professional to join our team at Completely Care. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Manage a rota of clients, visiting them in their homes and providing a range of care services, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Drive to and from various locations, using a reliable vehicle and adhering to safe driving practices.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Domiciliary Care Worker, Support Worker, or Care Assistant in a similar role.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Registration with Social Care Wales and completion of mandatory training.
- Ability to work 2-5 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
