  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Domiciliary Care Worker, Support Worker, or Care Assistant in a similar role.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales and completion of mandatory training.
  • Ability to work 2-5 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
