Job Description
We are seeking individuals with kind and compassionate hearts to join our team of Care Professionals at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing companionship, support, and care in their own homes.
Our Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for people who are flexible, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will work with clients in your local community, providing a range of services including:
- Companionship and help around the home
- Preparation and support with meals
- Prompting and assisting with medication
- Supporting with personal care and getting dressed
- Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
We believe that our Care Professionals are the key to delivering exceptional care, and we offer a range of benefits to support you in your role, including:
- Excellent rates of pay, £12.00 Monday to Friday, £12.50 at weekends and double time on bank holidays
- Full or part-time hours available
- All visits are a minimum of an hour
- Paid mileage, 30p per mile
- Paid training
- Paid shadowing visits
- Ongoing support from Mentors
- Regular team meet-ups and social events
We are committed to providing our Care Professionals with the best possible training and support, and we offer a range of qualifications and certifications, including Care Certification, City & Guilds Dementia Training, End of Life and Parkinson's Disease specialist training.
