About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with our Head of Customer Success and leadership to execute strategic initiatives that lead to measurable success.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify opportunities for growth, manage client renewals, and forecast with accuracy.
- Bring your creativity to the table, contributing fresh ideas to help evolve the customer success function.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with the Head of Customer Success and leadership to execute strategic initiatives that lead to measurable success.
- 3 years + of experience in Customer Success.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on leveraging data to drive client results.
- A proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate risks and reduce churn.
