Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with our Head of Customer Success and leadership to execute strategic initiatives that lead to measurable success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, manage client renewals, and forecast with accuracy.
  • Bring your creativity to the table, contributing fresh ideas to help evolve the customer success function.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with the Head of Customer Success and leadership to execute strategic initiatives that lead to measurable success.
Requirements
  • 3 years + of experience in Customer Success.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on leveraging data to drive client results.
  • A proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate risks and reduce churn.
