About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team in Wakefield. As a key member of our Children and Young People Service Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Early Help Offer for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the Early Help Offer for families, adopting a whole family, strengths-based approach to reduce risk, increase resilience and improve outcomes for children.
* Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with relevant legislation, local and national policy, and guidance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interventions that meet the needs of children, parents, and whole families.

What You'll Need
* A degree in a relevant field, such as Children's Care Learning and Development or Health and Social Care.
* Significant experience of working with children, young people, and families with complex needs and risk in a relevant setting.
* A full driving licence (unless unable to drive through disability).

Salary and Benefits
* £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
