We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiographer to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust. As a Radiographer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver radiotherapy treatment using available equipment, under the supervision of senior Radiographers.
- Calculate and record radiotherapy treatments accurately and maintain written records.
- Be responsible for the well-being and care of patients during their radiotherapy.
- Maintain all treatment records to department standards.
- Enthusiastic individuals with a Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or Diploma of College of Radiographers.
- State Registration with the HCPC.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Experience of a wide variety of Radiotherapy techniques & equipment.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Be able to take instruction/directions and work within the confines of the role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A competitive salary of £28,407 to £34,581 per annum.
