We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiographer to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust. As a Radiographer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver radiotherapy treatment using available equipment, under the supervision of senior Radiographers.
  • Calculate and record radiotherapy treatments accurately and maintain written records.
  • Be responsible for the well-being and care of patients during their radiotherapy.
  • Maintain all treatment records to department standards.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic individuals with a Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or Diploma of College of Radiographers.
  • State Registration with the HCPC.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Experience of a wide variety of Radiotherapy techniques & equipment.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Be able to take instruction/directions and work within the confines of the role.
Person Specification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
