Financial Operations Manager

Target Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, overtime, claims approvals, and CPF submissions. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining daily employee records in the payroll system, as well as assisting with other HR duties.
This role offers a competitive salary of $2,500.00 per month, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our company is located in the Redhill area, making it easily accessible by public transportation. Key responsibilities include:
