  • Enter invoices into our financial system within required timescales
  • Verify invoices against stock received, investigating any discrepancies and liaising with Buying, Stock Control, and IT to resolve issues
  • Compile reports, such as GRNI and pending invoices reports, to help maintain the stock ledger
  • Maintain good internal and external relationships, particularly with suppliers
  • Perform monthly statement reconciliations
  • Compile payment files, working in different banking systems
  • Contribute to continuous efforts to improve processes

  • D365 knowledge desirable, but not essential
  • IT literate with excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a systematic and methodical way
