Location: Guildford
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £12.00 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: Hours vary for different schemes - Saturdays during term-time, and Half terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement play and youth programs that promote social inclusion and community engagement.
- Work with children and young people with disabilities to provide support and guidance in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in play and youth work.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays during term-time and Half terms.
