About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for people, our company, and our products
  • Use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate team members
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis
