About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience
- Lead by example, using outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate the sales team
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis

Requirements:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
