About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for people, our company, and our products
- Use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate team members
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
