Property Manager

- Manage a diverse portfolio of 125 properties in the Hounslow, Twickenham, and Isleworth areas.
- Oversee relationships with contractors and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of any issues.
- Maintain close and effective communication with landlords, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Handle the renewal process at the end of tenancy agreements, ensuring all documentation and negotiations are completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports for landlords, providing clear insights and updates.
- Perform general administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Dupix software is highly advantageous.
- Presentable, articulate, and able to communicate effectively.
- Adaptable and flexible in meeting landlords' varying needs and expectations.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in AST property management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the role and responsibilities.
- Valid Driver's License
