Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to ensure all properties are compliant, safe, and ready for occupation.
  • Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants throughout the property lifecycle, including pre-tenancy inspections and administrative tasks.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants to retain and grow business opportunities.
  • Oversee the completion of works, keeping all parties informed and up-to-date.
  • Assist with tenancy endings, including communication related to deposit returns.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and promote the refurbishments team to improve the portfolio's quality.
  • Attend regular morning meetings with Lettings teams to ensure excellent communication between teams.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Previous property management experience is essential.
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Persistent and tenacious.
  • Team player.
  • Natural ability to troubleshoot with a keen desire to succeed.
