Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operations functions to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain management systems for efficient record-keeping and provision of cover cleaning operatives.
  • Operational planning at contract level, with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring.
  • Management of directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage budgets.
  • Report and provide management information, developing management systems as needed.
  • Serve as a contact point for enquiries from company departments.
  • Provision and maintenance of Site Reference Manuals, including Health & Safety documentation.
