Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations functions to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain management systems for efficient record-keeping and provision of cover cleaning operatives.
- Operational planning at contract level, with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring.
- Management of directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage budgets.
- Report and provide management information, developing management systems as needed.
- Serve as a contact point for enquiries from company departments.
- Provision and maintenance of Site Reference Manuals, including Health & Safety documentation.
