Company Overview: Cossham Gardens is a modern, purpose-built home in the Kingswood area of Bristol that can accommodate up to 21 adults with physical disabilities.

Salary: The salary for this role includes a night enhancement of £1.50 per hour from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (excluding sleep-ins) and a weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Description: As a Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire, you will become part of a fantastic team providing care services to our customers. Your duties may include assistance with daily life tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes, escorting and assisting in and around the service, attending external events and appointments, supporting our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers, and helping to achieve individual aspirations. You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for an experienced care worker or someone who would love to start a career in care. Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone.

Salary Estimate: Based on the location and requirements of the role, we estimate the salary for this position to be approximately £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate includes the night enhancements and weekend day enhancements mentioned above.
