As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored marketing plan that meets the needs of our student base.

Your primary focus will be on driving participation and growth of key categories, including the planning and execution of food experiences, education pieces, and activities that engage with students, parents, and teachers.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a communication and engagement strategy to support the marketing plan, including social media and digital communication, feedback mechanics, and student satisfaction surveys.

In addition, you will be expected to develop and adopt measurement models to benchmark and monitor the success of all activity in the marketing plan, looking at specific KPIs around sales, average transaction value, participation satisfaction, and follow-up feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a tailored marketing plan that meets the needs of our student base
* Drive participation and growth of key categories through the planning and execution of food experiences, education pieces, and activities
* Develop and implement a communication and engagement strategy to support the marketing plan
* Develop and adopt measurement models to benchmark and monitor the success of all activity in the marketing plan

Requirements:

* Experience in marketing and pupil engagement and enrichment
* Ideally have experience working within education catering
* Have a progressive career to date
* Be up to date with current food trends
* Have a real passion for food and customer service
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Exceptional physical stamina and strength
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Thoroughness and attention to detail
