Student Engagement and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Engagement and Marketing Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored marketing plan to meet the needs of our student base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to drive participation and growth of key categories, including programs of activities, food experiences, and education pieces.
  • Deliver food concepts, pop-ups, and education liaison to maximize participation and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a communication and engagement strategy to support the marketing plan, including social media and digital communication, feedback mechanics, and core menu and hospitality launch events.
  • Measure the success of all activity in the marketing plan, looking at specific KPIs around sales, average transaction value, participation satisfaction, and follow-up feedback.
