About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Admissions team in delivering a proactive and imaginative recruitment strategy that reflects the values and ethos of Royal High School Bath.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business administration, with a strong understanding of lead generation and the nurture of students and parents through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Admissions team in delivering a cohesive and efficient recruitment process
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that reflects the unique nature of Royal High School Bath
  • Manage accurate data to inform financial forecasting and budget
  • Ensure compliance with UK VI licence requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective parents and pupils, as well as with Prep Schools, educational agents, and other key stakeholders
  • Attend events with parents and feeder schools, and work with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer journey for every prospective family
