About the Role

As a Delivery Professional with the Royal Mail Group, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the country. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 10% above market average pay, overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate, and 22.5 days holiday rising with length of service.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering mail and parcels to customers across the country
* Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
* Working independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong sense of customer service and the ability to provide excellent service to customers
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
* A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
