Your Role

We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and providing emotional support.
  • Report any changes or concerns to the relevant members of the care team.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information and care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents.
