We're looking for a talented and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a Food Services Manager, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the needs of our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu plans to meet client requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation and sales.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Hold a relevant culinary qualification.
  • Have experience managing a team in a similar role.
  • Be able to work flexibly to meet changing demands.

About Us:

As part of Compass Group UK, we offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional development and career progression.
