We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK, working on a full-time basis with a contracted 35 hours per week. This role will involve preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds our clients' and customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Oversee and implement menu changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
  • Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
  • SUPPORT the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Represent Compass Group UK and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
  • Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
  • Have experience supervising a team.
  • Experience in a similar Chef role.
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexible approach to working.

Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
