Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Chartered Management Institute training courses and management short courses to the local business community on a sessional basis.
  • Assess learner CMI assignments, providing constructive feedback to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in management training, preferably with experience delivering CMI courses at levels 3-5.
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • An excellent understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
