About the Role:

  • As a Residential Children's Support Worker, you will be a key figure in the lives of children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • You will work closely with a team to develop programmes and create warm, stimulating experiences for children and young people, including out-of-unit activities like holidays.
  • Flexibility is essential, as you will work two out of three weekends, based on the rota.
