We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team in a busy GP practice in Bicester, Oxfordshire. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients with chronic conditions, including cervical cytology, immunisation, and vaccination, travel health, and acute and chronic wound management.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team, including GPs, Practice Paramedics, and Clinical Pharmacists, to deliver excellent patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practice.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Registered Nurse with the NMC.
- Possess the right to work in the UK.
- Minimum 2 years of recent primary care working experience.
- Ideal candidate will hold an independent and/or supplementary nurse prescribing qualification.
- NHS pay band 6 £37,350-£42,600 FTE.
- NHS Pension.
