Role Overview

The Ambassador of Exceptional Guest Relations will be responsible for delivering a 5-star luxury hospitality service to all guests visiting Bicester Village. This will involve working in The Apartment, supporting and assisting with events and VIP visits, and representing Bicester Village as a Hospitality Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for opening and closing The Apartment to the expected 5* level, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready and maintaining a high focus on attention to detail.
  • Accountable for the events calendar for the week/month ahead, collaborating with Management and Private Client Services team to leverage guest clienteling.
  • Offer the ultimate visitor experience by being luxury ambassadors for the flagship village, promoting a range of innovative and efficient 'concierge style' services.
  • Support with F&B service, attentively listening to guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and any specific requests.
  • Provide knowledgeable insights regarding all brands and the unique offer/promotions within the Village.
  • Ensure that Bicester Village standards, procedures, and policies are adhered to at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience as a guest relation/concierge/VIP events coordinator in a luxury environment, including hotel, retail, and events sectors.
  • Passion for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality.
  • Solid understanding of the luxury customer and guest profiling.
  • Be engaging, dynamic, proactive, informative, and a team-player.
  • Ability to assist in projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as act autonomously.
  • Knowledge of branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent grooming standards, pride in their appearance, and immaculate presentation.
  • Fluency in English. (Mandarin, Literary Arabic, or Russian languages are a plus).
