About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Paralegal. As a Private Funds Paralegal, you will assist in the formation and administration of private funds, conduct thorough research on legal issues related to funds, draft and maintain fund documentation, liaise with clients to manage their funds, collaborate with lawyers to ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate and handle transactions related to private funds, contribute to the development of internal procedures and best practices, and stay updated on changes in the professional services industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the formation and administration of private funds
- Conduct thorough research on legal issues related to funds
- Draft and maintain fund documentation
- Liaise with clients to manage their funds
- Collaborate with lawyers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate and handle transactions related to private funds
- Contribute to the development of internal procedures and best practices
- Stay updated on changes in the professional services industry

Requirements
- Educational background in Law
- Solid experience as a Private Funds Paralegal
- Minimum ABB at A Level or equivalent
- Excellent research and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
