About the Role
Ryder Reid Legal is a recruitment specialist with almost thirty years of experience connecting legal talent with leading law firms in London and internationally. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Paralegal Specialist to join our team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the Debt Finance team in all stages of transactions. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in debt finance, ideally gained from a similar US law firm environment. Future trainees with previous experience and 6 + months availability will also be considered.

About the Team
The Debt Finance team comprises of 4 Paralegals and a number of Associates & Partners. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a Financial Paralegal Specialist, you will work closely with the team to prepare and draft documents and agreements, provide assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings and M&A, and support lawyers with preparation of closings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings and M&A
- Prepare and draft documents and agreements
- Provide support to lawyers with preparation of closings
- Work closely with the Debt Finance team to achieve project goals

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
